2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use Talo Chat.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions

• New users receive 50 free credits upon registration.
• Continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment provider.

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• We do not control Stripe's services and are not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third parties.

5. Sensitive Content Disclaimer

Talo Chat may involve emotionally sensitive content, including simulated conversations with deceased individuals.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service is provided for informational and emotional reflection purposes only.
• The Service does not replace professional mental health, psychological, medical, or legal advice.

6. Acceptable Use

7. AI-Generated Content

• All interactions and responses within Talo Chat are generated by artificial intelligence.
• This persona is an AI-generated character and does not represent a real individual under any circumstances. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, truthfulness, or factual correctness of AI-generated responses.
• Responses should not be interpreted as statements from real individuals.
• You understand that AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or emotionally subjective.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Talo Chat platform, including its design, software, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.
• The ownership of AI-generated content is not transferred to the user.
